My USPS package is marked delivered, but I haven’t received a BAC notification. Where is it?
USPS notice: If USPS shows your package as delivered or available for pickup, it may still be at the post office and not yet at our warehouse. USPS typically contacts our warehouse within 1–3 business days (occasionally up to 7) to arrange pickup. After we collect the package, we process it and prepare it for the next shipment.
What are your flight days, and what are the cut-off times?
We operate 3 weekly flights from Miami to Georgetown every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to holidays or unexpected disruptions.
Flight cut-offs
To make the next departing flight, your package must be received and processed by the times below. Processing times can vary by season and may be affected by spikes in package volume.
Monday flight: Packages must arrive before 10:00 AM on the Friday prior.
Wednesday flight: Packages must arrive before 10:00 AM on the Tuesday prior.
Friday flight: Packages must arrive before 10:00 AM on the Thursday prior.
How do I enter the information provided when shipping to my new address for air freight?
You can use any format that works for you as long as the full address and your account number is included on all of your packages. Below are 2 of the common formats that customers use when shipping.

IMPORTANT: Always include your account number on ALL packages shipped to your mailbox account.
I signed up for a new account, but I can’t find my shipping address information.
Your account information including the shipping address, can be located in the profile section of your account dashboard in the customer portal. Please contact us if you are having trouble accessing this information.
Can I get an update when my package arrives at your warehouse?
Yes, as long as you have an active account with us, you will receive email notifications when a package arrives for you at our warehouse. You can also track packages on our website and in the customer portal.
Do you charge by Volume weight or Actual weight?
Rest assured that all our packages are processed using Actual weight ONLY. You can verify the weight of a package by requesting that it is re-weighed by one of our reps in store.
My package says 2.3 pounds, why was I charged for 3 pounds?
As is the standard with the Air Freight industry, all weight charges are based on values rounded UP to the nearest whole number.
I received a damaged packaged, what can be done about this?
A minimum charge of USD$1.90 applies to all invoices and includes coverage for incidental loss or damage up to USD$50 per package. If you receive a damaged package, please notify our staff when collecting it and provide the seller’s invoice for the damaged item.
Additional insurance may be requested before the shipment is in transit to the destination port, and it offers up to 120% in coverage. To qualify for reimbursement, packages must be inspected in the presence of a BAC representative. TVs and other highly fragile items will need crating or extra packaging before they can be insured, and these requirements may result in additional charges. Please contact us for more details if shipping TVs or other highly fragile items.
1) How do I place an order if I don’t have a card?
Send us the link(s) to the items you want to order with all specifications and quantities, or use our awesome INSTAQUOTE self-service system to get a quotation showing all associated costs and the required down payment. After making the required down payment, confirm your order by sending us the Quotation ID from the estimate.
How long will it take for me to get my items after I order them?
Most websites provide an estimated delivery date to our U.S. warehouse, which you can use as the estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the warehouse.
Note: Neither we nor any other service provider can control how long a seller takes to ship items to our warehouse. However, average delivery times are:
- Items shipped within the U.S. usually arrive at our warehouse in 1 to 21 days.
- Items shipped from outside the U.S. usually arrive at our warehouse in 2 to 6 weeks.
Once your items arrive at the corresponding warehouse, delivery(shipping) to Guyana typically takes 1 to 3 business days for Air Freight, and 3 to 4 weeks for Ocean Freight
